The Turtle Talks is a youth-led environmental podcast founded by 15-year-old Sienna CJ to amplify young voices in discussions about our planet.
On the podcast, Sienna interviews conservationists, environmental advocates, volunteers, educators, and changemakers worldwide. She asks questions relevant to young people, explores their stories, and examines how ideas become action.
The Turtle Talks goes beyond raising awareness by making environmental issues personal, relatable, and actionable.
Change does not always have to begin with large organizations or grand solutions. It often starts with a conversation, a question, volunteering, or one person choosing to act.
Each episode invites listeners to learn, think differently, and discover their own ways to make a difference.

With a background in luxury travel, she left the corporate world 25 years ago to pursue her purpose and passion. Since then, Lisa has founded and led multiple award-winning social enterprises, including receiving the prestigious Medal of Honour from the Hong Kong Government. Her mission is to raise human consciousness and bring light to the world, envisioning clean oceans, air, water, soil, and equitable, scalable systems for all.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Virginia Commonwealth University and has traveled to over 50 countries across six continents, helping mobilize more than 2,500 volunteers.
